What documents are required for customs clearance?

1. Technical description of the cargo (preferably from the manufacturer) in Russian.
2. Contract with all appendices, addenda, and specifications.
3. Transaction passport (if the contract amount exceeds $50,000).
4. Invoice.
5. Packing list.
6. Transport documents accompanying the cargo (CMR, bill of lading, etc.).
7. Signed brokerage agreement.
8. Payment orders for customs (advance payment and duty) — screenshot from the Declarant’s ELS.
9. Certificates or declarations of conformity (if required).
10. Marking in compliance with TR requirements (EAC, manufacturer, composition, etc.), if required by technical regulations.
